CERAMIC CHRISTMAS TREE WITH SPECIAL BISQUE GLAZE-LIGHTED. This precious ceramic Christmas tree is hand crafted and painted by Mary Travis, one of the Nashville area's most respected artisans. Mary's ceramic art has won awards since she began the craft in 1977 in North Carolina and many of her works are the proud possessions of local country music legends. In fact, Mary says that Randy Travis (no relation) owns more of her art than she does, and it was Randy who encouraged Mary to expand and sell her art to the public. Mary calls her Christmas creations, "Merry's Christmas." Mary's special touch is evident in this beautiful tree and her choices of paints and glazes is of the highest quality. This exquisite tree is a special find and Mary has just completed this and one other, both of which are now listed on Ebay. It stands 18" tall and is 13" wide at its base. It has 120 multi-colored lights over its entire surface and is equally beautiful from all sides.
