If you break one of our knife blades or knock the handles apart, contact us, and we will help you pick out a new knife from our current stock to replace the damaged one for free. There is no replacement guarantee on our Seconds or knives sold with defects already mentioned in the auction on eBay.PAYMENT POLICY : We give 5 days' grace on payments, and then we open Unpaid Item Reminder (UPI) cases with eBay on the 6th day. So we lose money on the 11.80 flat rate price, but your knives are protected properly.UNITED STATES POST OFFICE : When we print the postage label there is a number that is on the label. This number is called a "Delivery Confirmation Number". The post office is not like UPS or FEDX where they scan the mail at the receipt point and then track it to your door. What the post office does is scan the item when it is delivered (if they choose to) and then you will see that it was delivered. Sometimes they do scan it when you drop it off, but this is rare. If they did scan it at a sorting facility, you see it moving across the USA. But this is very rare.- eBay confuses the buyer with the "tracking number" next to the post offices "delivery confirmation number" when in reality there is not a tracking number. You can ask this at the post office and they will concur. We print labels off the internet using eBay's USPS shipping program and then we drop the packages off at the post office, similar if you were mailing a stamped letter. The post office is supposed to scan it "received" and they do this about 50% of the time. But sometimes they do not scan them. Do not worry, we did mail the item and it is on it's way to you.SHIPPING INSURANCE / MAIL DAMAGED KNIVES : Sometime the post office is rough with the mail and damage the article in the process of delivering it to you. All International Orders have Insurance and any USA Orders that were shipped via Priority Mail have Insurance. Let us know and we can open an Insurance Claim with the post office to get you a full refund.- *certain items state in their auction, that they ship alone due to being over sized, these items will not be grouped with other items.BUYER FEEDBACK AND Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) SCORES : We spend a lot of time trying to describe our knives 100% perfect in detail, but sometimes we miss things. When you are done using the knife, store it away from the leather sheath and put gun oil, Seal 1, or a similar protectant on the blade and store.
