Description: This auction is for a Near Mint/Mint CGC 9.8 copy of the Uncanny X-men -1 with white pages, and featuring a variant cover, with story and art by Lobdell and Hitch. This book, released in 7/97, comes out of my personal collection, and is from a smoke free environment. This is a must have for any Marvel fan. Bidding Conditions: High bidder will be responsible for shipping and insurance, to be determined at auction close. I will accept paypal (and note I only ship to confirmed addresses). Payment is expected within ten business days of auction close, or non-paying bidders will be forwarded to ebay and the item will be re-listed. Shipping Conditions: Please note that I attempt to ship all items within 5 business days. I also offer combined shipping for items won within each round of my auctions. which is calculated at the end of each round of auctions based on the total number of books won, the combined weight, and total value for insurance purposes. Returns Policy: I am completely open to discussing options and accepting returns if you are not satisfied with an item. Please note I do not accept returns for CGC certified books, as they have been graded and certified by an independent third party. Serious bidders only, please.
