This auction is for one (1) new "The Challenger" candy/plush vending machine built by Advanced Games & Engineering (AGE) out of Fort Lauderdale , Florida . Actually the machine is 13 years old but never got unwrapped or used! This is the second of two new machines I am putting up for auction. The first auction ends a day prior to this auction. I recently went to buy one machine for the game room in my basement and when I went to pick it up I ended up purchasing three machines. The two additional machines I purchased had never been used and were still wrapped up, including bubble wrapping, tie downs on all moving parts and plastic film over the Plexiglas side windows! (See pictures) The individual I bought the machines from purchased all three machines new in 1993 with the intent of making some money on the side in the vending business. His plans never materialized and thus the machines were never used. The machines were moved around a bit over the years and have very minor scratches on the sides. Scratches are almost unnoticeable but I am mentioning them anyway. I took pictures of the counters on the two machines I'm putting up for auction to indicate they have not been used other than for testing prior to shipment. "The Challenger" would make a great addition to your game room if you have kids or would certainly be a money maker if you have a small business or restaurant you would like to place the machine on location in. The machine was originally designed to make money. I put one machine in my game room and I'm selling the other two. This auction is for ONE of the other machines. I unwrapped the machines, cleaned them up, lubricated the appropriate parts, and gave them the "kid test" on Halloween night....the games were the hit of the neighborhood! (See pictures.) Both machines worked perfectly. After Halloween one of the machines' counters now reads about 350 and the other one reads about 150. The winner of this auction will get one of the two new machines. They are identical and both work fine. The manual says they need servicing after every 30,000 uses! SHIPPING: This ONE machine is for pick-up only . I will NOT ship. If you care to examine/play the machine prior to bidding just email me to arrange an appointment. I might be able to assist with local delivery within a few miles to help out the winning bidder if needed. PAYMENT: I prefer PAYPAL but will take a personal check. Machine cannot be picked up until personal check clears. More specific information: - Dimensions: 68"x24"x28.5" - Weight: About 250-275 lbs. The machine is encased in steel panels and is very solid and very heavy. Moves up and down stairs easily with an appliance dolly though. - Full set of keys included. (See pictures) All lock mechanisms work perfectly. - Manual included. (See pictures) Manual contains setup procedures, general maintenance, electrical schematics, trouble shooting guide, motor and switch locations, game programming, play and coin adjustments, replacement parts list. I'm not sure if parts are still available or not. - "GAME NOT OVER UNTIL YOU WIN" - This is accomplished by means of an electronic eye that senses when a toy/candy drops down the shoot. If the crane picks up a toy/candy and drops it down the shoot the eye will sense that and a credit is taken off the indicator. If the crane fails to grasp a toy/candy and nothing goes down the shoot, nothing is sensed and no credit comes off the indicator. Tfore, you play until you win. - Adjustments: Flashing rope light - flash speed for multicolored rope light can be set from slow to fast. Sound - machine has great sound effects. Different sounds when crane moves in each direction and when crane drops and retracts. Can be quiet or loud. Timer - t is a timer indicator (next to credit indicator) that indicates the amount of time left for the player to drop the crane. Can be adjusted from a short amount of time (currently set at 15 s...
