! 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN #8 CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN #8 From JULY 1959. Titled "Prisoners of Robot Planet" Ace and the Challengers face the man who stole the furture. This comic is graded based on Overstreet grading definitions and tends to be conservative. This comic is graded 7.5 (VF-). The spine is firmly attached and no interior pages torn or missing. Color is bright with only slight fading. The actual defects are listed below and as you can see by the pictures this is a wonderful collector copy and not bad for a pulp magazine that is over a half century old. COVER - BRIGHT COLORS WITH ONLY MINOR FADING. EVER SO SLIGHT CREASING BARELY BREAKING THE COLOR AT TOP RIGHT AND LOWER LEFT KEEPS THIS BOOK FROM GRADING 8.0 LIGHT FOXING AT BOTTOM RIGHT. (SEE PHOTOS) SPINE -BARELY VISABLE SPINE ROLL BUT NO CREASE AS A RESULT. SLIGHT BLUNTING AT TOP LEFT AND BOTTOM LEFT BUT NOT RESULTING IN SPLITTING. LIGHTING IN PHOTO TENDS TO SHOW ROLLING THAT DOES NOT EXIST. (SEE PHOTO) STAPLES -FIRMLY ATTACHED WITH NO RUST VISABLE. PAGES -ALL INTERIOR PAGES CREAMY OFF-WHITE WITH NO TEARS AND NONE MISSING.
