is an extremely nice old Champion Blower...!! See my other auction (and bid) for a Tuyere which was used in conjunction with these blowers... again I have completely dismantled, degreased, de-rusted, cleaned and painted this old blower with Heat Resistant Paint.. I have removed the bearing caps and greased bearings.. The gears are in great condition and the impeller does not "rattle"... The blades are nice and straight... I turned a new handle for the crank and even polished the old Unique Brass Oiler!! This old oiler requires a good set of fingernails... Pull the center up and squirt the oil in..!! The serial number on the blower is #381723... Notice in the picture of the Champion advertisement that at that time they had made over 374,000... (copy to your editor and enlarge)... Also take note that on the front of this one it says No. 400... Later production runs left the "No." off and just showed "400" The blower will be shipped in two packages with the legs comprising one package..
