Up for auction I offer this nice 60's Herman Miller Eames designed side shell chair. This nice little beauty has rich brown colored naugahyde in great shape with no issues. All of the stitching is intact and no material seperation. This chair is on a greige shell with in excellent condition. The Herman Miller labels are still present but t is some loss to one. All shock mounts are original and in great shape. This chair sets on a Herman Miller contract group aluminum swivel base in good shape with original rolling casters. The aluminum has a great shine with some wear. The center seat post has some scratches. Ove rall an excellent example of this 60's office workhorse. This is an awesome chair that would fit nicely in a small office space or studio apartment. This chair is nearly 40 years old. It will last another 40+. Can you imagine having a $169 "office chair" from Target lasting 80 years???? hmmmmmm........
