Large original watercolour By Charles James Keats ' GHENT MARKET ' This is a museum quality watercolour by the listed 19th Century artist Charles Keats. Signed in full at bottom right of painting. Image size 19" x 12" and with superb top quality frame totals 28" x 21" approx. This fabulous watercolour shows the main street in Ghent with the hustle and bustle of the market town in the mid 19th century with the cathedral in the distance. Auction price for this painting is estimated £300-£500. So why sell it on ebay. Well to sell in an auction house the seller and buyer has to pay commision, insurance, photograph costs etc which can cost in total some 18 to 25% of the hammer price. On ebay the buyer and seller pay or recieve the end price with postage.
