This listing is a true once in a lifetime offer and a crowning jewel for any Charles Schulz (Peanuts) collector. Up for auction is an original hand-signed drawing, executed by Charles Schulz (the creator of Peanuts), of the four core Peanuts characters - Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus and Snoopy. Provenance & COA This drawing (along with several others) was originally acquired back in 1990 at an anti-fur fundraising auction to ban the use of the leg-hold trap (I believe in Canada). Purchased by Leo Marshall, an expert in the comic art industry and owner of LTD Rarities (now retired) - a reputable comic art dealer in business for more than 25 years. Certificate of Authenticity issued by LTD Rarities and signed by Leo Marshall (pictured below) will be provided to the winning bidder. I purchased this piece back in 2004 directly from Mr. Marshall - I am a private collector. Among some of the other original Peanuts drawings acquired through this fundraising event and sold by Mr. Marshall include: Schroeder playing piano with Lucy - Charlie Brown kicking football with Lucy - Snoopy Flying Ace (Red Baron) sketch. All have been sold.
