Dixon Ave, Charlevoix, Mich. , real photo postcard by unidentified photographer, ca. 1927. This sharp, detailed real photo postcard looks west along Dixon Avenue in Charlevoix, Michigan during the mid-1920s. Well maintained homes and shade trees line both sides of the brick-paved street. Dixon Avenue runs east and west just north of Round Lake and the downtown business district. Charlevoix is the county seat of Charlevoix County . Postally used, postmarked 1927 at Charlevoix. Divided back, 3 3/8" x 5 3/8".
Condition Very good condition with light corner wear. Small, minor corner bend at upper left and faint corner wrinkles at lower left and lower right.
