You are Bidding on an O riginal Wooden "Paper Doll" Created, Decorated and Autographed by Charlie Daniels Charlie Daniels broke through with the 1973 hit, "Uneasy Rider." Soon Fire on the Mountain rose to double-platinum status with its songs, "Long Haired Country Boy" and "The South's Gonna Do It." His song, "Devil West Down to Georgia" reached platinum status, topped both country and pop charts, won a Grammy Award, earned three CMA awards, appeared on the Urban Cowboy soundtrack and took the album Million Mile Reflections to triple-platinum status. The Charlie Daniel's Band was voted twice as the Academy of Country Music's touring band of the year. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Charlie Daniels chose to design his doll around words that summarize the purpose behind Project Paper Doll, "Love Kids." The doll not only exhibits this mission with its words, but also its décor. He used bright colors in simple, child appropriate shapes. A sun, a cloud, a rainbow, and stars are surrounded by a silver border and intertwined with his tender words. This Charlie Daniels doll measures 12" x 8" x 1.5" and comes with a certificate of authentication confirming its origin and his autograph as original.
