Description Please read item description and ALL terms below BEFORE BIDDING Description of Item This auction is for the Charmed Power of Three Binder, Charmed Power of Three Sell Sheet and Charmed Power of Three Base set of 72 cards. The sell sheet is inside the binder within a 3-hole photo protector. The base cards are in a small box designed to hold a set of cards. Condition of Items The binder has some very slight wear, but is otherwise in very good condition. The sell sheet and base cards are also in very good condition. Auction Terms (If you do not agree with or do not meet the terms, please do not bid. Remember that your bid is a contract. I have done so in the past and will remove unwanted bids). #1 - Bidding (I review feedback on all bidders and reserve the right to cancel bids from unwanted bidders). I WILL NOT accept bids from bidders with questionable feedback or a feedback number of less than ten (10). #2 - Payment Only PayPal payments are accepted. NO personal checks or other forms of payment are accepted. Payment must be made within three (3) days of the end of the auction, with the exception of Buy it Now payments, which are due immediately. If payment is not received within three days of the end of the auction, the auction winner forfeits the win and may be subject to an unpaid item dispute filing with eBay and negative feedback. Additionally, the item may be relisted or offered to the second highest bidder. #3 - Shipping, Packaging, and Insurance Please note that I have set these terms with the PayPal buyer and seller protection policies in mind. I ONLY ship to the "Confirmed" address that is on the details page for PayPal payments. If you do not have a confirmed address, I cannot do business with you, so please do not bid. Your funds will be returned if I find you have bid and paid and do not have a confirmed address. Shipping costs are based on the actual package weight, shipment service used, and shipping location. The shipping calculator is provided to help you determine your shipping costs. United States bidders only: Your auction winnings will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Timing of shipping is dependent upon receipt of your payment. I make every effort to mail your auction winnings as soon as possible after payment is received and will notify you of any circumstances delaying shipment. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. If you choose NOT to purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged in the mail, I CANNOT help you recover costs and I WILL NOT refund your money.
