This oil panting measures 21 1/2 " x 14 1/2" without this frame. The total size in this stenciled frame measure 10" x26" . I have owned this painting for 48 years . I have since sold my farm and moved to a small ranch and have to part with it. The frame was made and stenciled for me by a friend who also stenciled the walls in one room of my farm. I purchased this painting at a country auction in Holley N.Y. There are no tears or repairs .There is a small amt. of missing blue paint on the water right bottom and a line across the mountain. Thanks for looking.
