This is the female of a male/female pair I am selling concurrently on eBay -- please see my other items.

Senufo figures have great charm. They range from extremely stylized to quite naturalistic in style, and can often appear very archaic.

This seated figure represents a clan ancestress and is characteristic of the quite large figures (16" high) which are placed on family shrines.

It is naturalistic and spontaneous in style, with a lively impression of character.

T are some insect holes and cracks, but overall condition is good.

Delivery is by registered airmail, 14 - 21 days.
