Up for auction is a simply delightful reproduction Victorian style slag glass table lamp. This piece features two slag glass "tulip" shades in a swirled pale amethyst/lavender and off white. Each shade has decorative metal work between the 6 panels of glass and measure 6" across the bottom and 5" in height. The lamp fixture shows fancy metal scroll work and what I believe to be a very pretty veined hard "faux" marble? in the center of the footed base. The smaller variety bulb base must be used to fit the socket, such as a "chandelier" style. Currently, 25 watt round bulbs are in use. The on/off switch is located at the upper back side - see pic. The condition and appearance is excellent ! The overall dimensions are: 24 1/2" height; 21 1/2" wide (measuring to the outside of each shade); base is 10 1/4" diameter measuring foot to foot; weight is a nice hefty 10 1/2 pounds. Fedex ground s/h/i will range from $16.00 to a maximum of $21 depending up on your location. *NOTE: I will be loosening the bottom base from the center in order to ship the lamp in a 24" carton.
