Charming vintage piecrust tilt top table sales samp? NR

This is a wonderful little table! It measures just 20" high with the top laid flat and the top itself measures roughly 16" in diameter. It is a tilt top marked BB on the bottom as can be seen in the photos. I do not know the exact age. I bought it in an antique store several years ago. I always wondered if it was a salesman's sample. I know the hardware underneath looks older to me as well as the wear on the bottoms of the feet. T are some minor scratches on the feet of the table. I believe the wood is mahogany.
