Chatty Cathy by Mattel. Talks loud and clear. Comes in box with hair-net; but I have found if you put the hair-net on without pinning up her hair it will flatten her flip. So she will come to you with pin curls and the net over that. Take the Bobby Pins out and her flip will be fine. If you don't like the flip you can brush it out. You can brush her hair, but if you brush it a lot the curl will wilt. I have a magic potion that will restore any dolls frizzy/matted hair and if you buy a doll I will give you the ingredients. But it will stay if you don't brush it out. She has on the voile dress with the red Sunsuit underneath. She has the red bow with flowers in her hair. I replaced the plastic Bobby pin with a red hair clip because the plastic one wouldn't stay in her hair. She needs a doll stand to stand up safely. She comes with the hang tag and book and shoe horn. Box is a little worn on the corners, but really is in good condition. I have told you all I can think of, but I may have left out something that is important to you. Ask any questions you need to. She said the Velcro didn't work on the dress, but it was an American Girl doll and those clothes are cheaply made. I refunded her money plus money to return the dress to me, but guess what? She kept all the $ and the dress. eBay said I'd have to work it out with her, They aren't much help, so if you have a problem contact me and I will work with you. She never responded. So you can see why I have to be so careful. I wonder if she just had an overweight doll?
