This is a Chautauqua desk that has the free standing desk with the top and a stool. I have never seen one of these desks before with the base and stool. The base and stool are both nicely made of solid walnut and the height is adjustable on both. The work space top slides onto the base. Condition. The desk is in very good shape and all parts for adjusting the height work fine. The scroll is missing about two feet on the top and is not attached to the roller. I am including a complete intact roll that you can use to repair the roll on the desk or substitute. The first two feet of the replacement roll has some smudge/dirt on the paper. T are two original thumb screws on the desk that were replaced with more modern thumb screws. T are some watermark rings on the surface of the wood on the top of the stool. I will be shipping this with the legs on the desk and stool taken apart. The buyer will have to reassemble the legs, but it is easy to do. The map is not in good condition and the chalkboard is worn (See photos). I do not have any of the other items that went along with these desks.
