A used but in very good condition Chelsea home shirt from the 2007/08 season, featuring an official UEFA Champions League print of the clubs all time top goal scorer - Frank Lampard. It is size adults large.After playing for Chelsea for 13 years Frank has been described by some as the clubs greatest player ever aswell as one of the greatest midfielders Englands ever produced! He is currently playing for New York City of the MLS. Three times Chelsea player of the year, 211 goals from the middle of the park and only second on the all time premier league assist charts behind Ryan Giggs. The word 'legend' is used all too often nowadays however I think Lampard deserves this title.This shirt is from the season where he scored a 98th minute penalty against Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final. It was an emotional one as he had been grieving the loss of his mother just weeks earlier. It would prove to be a decisive goal as Chelsea went through 4-3 on aggregate. They would have to get past Manchester United in the final. Frank lead by example in the final scoring the equaliser to make it 1-1 and take the game to penalties. He scored his penalty also but it wasn't enough unfortunately on this day.
