Beautiful Heywood Wakefield style Spring Rocker. Circa early '50s. Fabulous design and craftsmanship. Solid maple arms and legs. Red Naugahyde upholstery. Let's have a talk about this upholstery. It is in perfect condition--BUT the ends of the naugahyde were just folded and tacked instead of sewn (see PHOTO), which to me is unacceptable. Also, they ran out of this cherry red naugahyde upholstery and the back is ORANGE. (see PHOTO). Have this chair reupholstered in a FABRIC upholstery and you've got one eye-catching chair. Meausurements are: 17" high at the seat, 26" high at the back, 26" wide from arm to arm.
