Cheval horses and ponies are hand made ceramics from South Africa. Each one is individually crafted and hand painted, a process which can take up 4-5 weeks to complete. Cheval equines are noted for their fine detail and their precision to make to scale. This auction is for a gorgeous Quarterhorse in a palomino colourway. It measures nearly 8'' high and 9.5'' long. This is a limited edition piece and is numbered 319/1500 worldwide. Signed by the artist. It is in mint condition and comes complete with box and a detachable mahogany plinth. Gloss finish.
