CHILDREN OF THE GARDEN - 1538 - The Trail of Painted Ponies

This pony is a FIRST EDITION with a low number of 0160. This pony was retired in September of 2004. It is no longer available from the manufacturer. Only 9,800 of these ponies were made. I have inspected the pony very carefully and can find no obvious cracks, chips, scratches or other flaws. T may be slight imperfections or show signs of touch-up that occurred during the manufacturing process but it has come from the factory that way. This pony is new in box, with it's original black hangtag and in it's original black box with it's original Styrofoam packing and has never been displayed. I am very particular about the condition of the ponies that I have purchased for my own personal collection and even more so regarding the ones that I have purchased for future resale. It has been stored since it was purchased in a non-child, non-pet, non-smoking home. The original black hangtag may be slightly bent or creased due to the way it has been stored in the box. The box is not in completely perfect condition and may have some shelf wear and other slight imperfections but this is to be expected with older ponies. T is a price sticker on the bottom of the box.

I have thoroughly inspected all my ponies three times: When buying them at a retail gift store, after traveling home with them and prior to placing my ads. All my ponies are in excellent shape and are not broken in any way. All are packaged in their original black boxes and in their original Styrofoam packing. Since I have checked all my ponies thoroughly I CANNOT offer refunds on these original, first edition ponies if they are damaged in any way by the US Postal Service in transit. If t is any damage I will work with you in filing a claim with the US Postal Service. Your box will be protected by bubble wrap and will be sent USPS Priority Mail. After I sell my ponies I will be able to buy the remaining 3 retired ponies that I am missing from my collection. I will package and ship yours the way I want mine to be done.

This delightful creation by a tile artist who designs handmade tiles tells a story of children racing across a magical garden on the back of a magical horse. A place w, in the artist's words, For a magical moment the 'real world' was not allowed to encroach. On the original Pony, the children, bugs and flowers were all formed in clay and fired for hardness before they were hand painted.
