The Central Bank of China. This is a Pick #247. The note has serial number AN 714456 in red. No pinholes and no tears, to view the back go to: /55120.jpg Small size note measuring 12.5 X 6.5 cm. Toincrease the size of the picture on the eBay page or at my self-hosting picture, on a PC press Ctrl and then + above the equal sign not at the same time, do not press Shift, to reduce press Ctrl and then the - under the long dash after the 0 (zero), do not use Shift. You can increase or reduce the picture as big or as small as you want. I am life member Society of Paper Money Collectors 114 and APS 180683. Postage rates: USA : $3.75 for paper money and coins sent by certified mail with tracking number. If you want the item sent by registered mail the cost is $12.50, recommended if item is over $100. Shipping rate may vary due to size of shipment or weight, see individual listing for rates. Canada/Australia/United Kingdom-- Registered Mail—Coins and Paper-Money: For Canadian bidders registered mail is required for $12.50, negotiable . Fees are getting high for registered mail.
