Plates are 2-8, missing the 1st plate. 2 boxes are missing the card board the holds the plate in the box. All plates have all the information about the plate, including what I believe to be the COA. I can not read Chinese. Thanks for looking. We will try to ship these plate the most cost efficient way. Over 10 lb's of platesCustomer service is our top priority.
