226/399-335 CHINESE ART DECO RUG. Width: 9 ft Length: 12 ft $400/$500 Condition: Overall condition of piece is fair to poor. Rug sustains evidence of heavy dirt and dust accumulation throughout. Fringe is coming apart from rug on both ends (longest section of separation is approx. 7`). The rug is slightly faded due to sun damage and also suffers from water damage throughout. Areas of heavy wear scattered throughout, but mainly around edges, indicating there was an object placed on the rug at some point in time. Area of non-professional restoration to hole in rug (approx. 1` x 1`). No additional signs of odor or bleeding of colors.
