Chinese Brass & Enamal Bowl with Carved Jade Handle

This is an auction for a (6) sided Brass and Enamal Bowl with a Hand Carved Jade handle on a Pedestal. This piece when standing on the pedestal under the handle, the bowl does not sit level, but I found out that if you add an ounce of water to the bowl it levels out, I am thinking that this might have been used as a scale possably for spices. It has a different design on each side of the brass bowl.This bowl measures 3" across and is 1 1/2" tall, the Jade handle is 3 1/4" long. On the bottom it is marked CHINA. This beautiful piece is in excellent condition. Insurance is optional, although I take great care in my packaging I can not be responsable for any loss or damage that may occur once item is shipped.
