Chinese Chan Zen Pure Land Buddhist Layperson's Robe Bl
This is the sort of traditional robe that is worn over street clothes by laypersons at a Pure Land or Ch'an(Zen) temple - I bought it at the Baoguo Temple at the base of Mt. Emei. It is made of a lightweight rayon or poly material in black and measures 55" long and 20" from armpit to armpit. The second photo shows the kimono-type sleeve.
Please note: All items are shipped from a dog-, cat-, and tobacco-free home. I do like to burn Tibetan herbal incense so occasionally fabric items may retain an incense smell - this should go away after airing for a while and/or washing/dry cleaning.
