Went back at the end, actually 9 days after sale and found two more plates. I just sold another one last week Ebay # 130199109597. This listing is for one of the two. For your consideration is this fresh from an estate a Chinese export to Japan late Ming era blue and white bowl with an incised floral center. I tried to capture the incised design, but was unable to do so. It is signed on the bottom with a six mark seal of Ch'ien Hua, but was most likely made in the Chongzhen Era (Ming 1628-1644) and I believe it dates to that period. This wonderful example is in excellent condition with some glaze skips (what we call moth eaten) on the rim which is normal for this wear, otherwise t are no chips, fleabites, crack, hairlines or repairs and measures 8" diameter by 1-1/2" tall. I can combine shipping for multible purchases. If you have any questions or like to see more pictures, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
PAYMENT/SHIPPING: High bidder must contact me within 3 days after end of auction and payment received within 10 days. High bidder pays Shipping. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Seller will not be responsible for uninsured items. I accept PAYPAL (preferred), Money Order and Personal Check. If you send me a personal check, I will not ship item until check clears. Chongzhen (Ming 1628-1644)
