WONDERFUL VINTAGE 10" PLATE FEATURING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A HAND PAINTED EDGE AND CENTRAL EAGLE DESIGN WITH VARIOUS STARS AND SUCH. COULD BE CHINESE EXPORT AND ANTIQUE ? I AM NOT SURE. IT DOES SEEM TO HAVE QUITE SOME AGE, BUT AGAIN, I AM NO EXPERT IN THIS REALM.
