Up for auction is a beautiful 19th century famille rose vase. There are two large and colorful hand painted scenes with multiple figures. One scene depicts a gathering of people wearing traditional clothes and practicing a time honored Chinese tea ceremony. Mystical figures in the sky appear to be floating. The other scene depicts an aristocrat with three people serving him. The surrounding area is hand enameled with floral and scroll decoration.
