ACFGinger JarPolychrome enameled porcelain jar decorated in the Rose Medallionstyle, with alternating panels depicting scenes of stylized birds, flowers,and butterflies, or people in a house. Accented with gold trim on thecap rim, and as a background to the areas outside the decoratedpanels.Jar is about 7½" diameter x 6¼" tall; 7½" tall with the lid in place. Redink stamped underneath with the ACF company logo, circa mid to late1970s. Also included in the logo is "Decorated in Hong Kong". Theporcelain is likely Japanese white ware, but possibly is Chinese.CONDITION: Quickly painted with some spots missed, and other bitsof paint where they should not be. Small scuff of theenamel on one of the floral panels, and a couple othersmaller scuff spots (see last two photos). One-inch longx 1/4 inch wide piece of porcelain stuck on the inside wallof the jar, where it should not be.
