This is a NO RESERVE auction for a Christian Lassen Original oil on canvas . this piece is very large for a Lassen original. It measures 24"X 48" unframed and 39"X 62 1/2" framed. I have it priced very aggressively due to a few small fine crazing cracks in the painting due to age. I have tried to capture this in the pics. you can not see them hanging on the wall but upon close inspection there are a couple small hairline crazing cracks. I had it re-framed a few years ago by the framing co. that frames all his original works. It cost $2,500.00 for the frame alone. The frame is an amazing 7 layer 8" wide masterpiece. It will come with original appraisal from the National Institute of Appraisers dated March 21,2010 for $70,000.00 This is an original Lassen oil painting one of a kind NOT a numbered print. you will never find a Lassen original of this size in this price range. one lucky person out there will get the deal of a lifetime.
