In the typical Scandinavian tradition, Christmas Ornaments have alway been hand-made from natural materials like straw, wool or other fabrics. This traditional European Christmas wreath is quite elaborate, consisting of 6 triangles pointing downwards, like an upside-down crown. The inner diameter is 8”, the ribbon drop about 16". There are 4 handmade straw angels and several straw stars dangling in the breeze. We estimate that piece to be around 50+ years.
