We ship most Domestic items USPS Priority mail. Larger items are shipped USPS Parcel Post. International items are shipped USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International when possible (t is no tracking on First Class Mail). Insurance on International Shipments is never thru the US Post Office, we use another vendor. We usually ship the next day after payment clears. We have no control over shipping times, our responsibility for shipping time ends when the Post Office accepts the item from us, please remember that when leaving Feedback and DSR's. Due to time and safety reasons we never allow local pickups, sorry. We always include insurance in our shipping charges. We include a $1 packaging charge per item, in all shipping costs as well. We combine shipping whenever possible. All items to be combined on one invoice must be purchased within a 7 day period. Please wait for a combined invoice from us before using the Checkout feature or making payment as the shipping charges may be incorrect. The new USPS shipping regulations will make it more expensive to combine shipping for some items than it would cost to ship them seperately so we will combine shipments accordingly. Size limitations on International shipments will make it impossible to ship some larger items overseas. We do not accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Cash or Personal Checks. All payments must be made thru Paypal or an eBay approved payment source for Credit Cards. Please not not ask us to break the law by marking any items as gifts or lowering the purchase price on the customs forms, we will not do it. Customs fees are never included in our shipping and are always the Buyers responsibility. The Buyer must complete Checkout within 3 days of the auction ending. Payment is required within 7 days of the auction ending. In the case of combined items payment is due within 7 days of the end of the last auction to be combined, but not more than 14 days from the end of the first auction ending. If an item is damaged the Buyer must notify us by email, including a picture of the damage, within 48 hours of delivery. If insured thru USPS the Buyer must take any damaged item to their Post Office to file the insurance claim, it is the buyers responsibility, not ours. For damaged items not insured thru USPS, the Buyer may return the item within 10 days of delivery for a replacement, or a store credit in the amount of the actual bid amount or Buy It Now price if the item is out of stock. Buyer is to pay for the return shipping, the seller will pay shipping for the replacement item. The insurance does not cover shipping costs. The item must be in its original packaging with all original materials, unless otherwise authorized by Justanexcuse. Many Disney items do not come in boxes. We ship in the original box whenever possible. All sales are final and merchandise is sold AS IS. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding.
