"The Grand Movie Theater" by Department 56

1998-1999 retired Original selling price: $50.00 Green Book True Value Price: $60.00 Theater building has gold accents and is highly detailed and lighted ceramic building. Marquee advertizes that they are showing Holiday Classic Movies.

"The City Globe" by Department 56

1997-2000 retired Original selling price: $65.00 4 story building is highly detailed and lighted. It is ceramic with a metal globe fixture on the tower that is fragile.

T are no cracks or chips on any of these buildings, they were used in a store display until they were retired and have not been displayed since other than for the pictures.
