Up for auction is a CEC Entertainment exclusive item, given as a holiday gift for their first year after changing the company name from "Showbiz Pizza Time" to "CEC Entertainment". This set of 4 crystal glasses illustrates each era in the company's history. They're housed in a book-shaped case and are held in place by a felt-covered insert. The 4 crystal glasses detail:
- 1977, Pizza Time Theatre
- 1984, Showbiz Pizza Place / Pizza Time Theatre
- 1994, Chuck E. Cheese's
- 1998, CEC Entertainment (Happy Holidays 1998)
Also included is an informational page with the same artwork as on the glasses. It goes into more detail describing each era and what the artwork represents. This really is a beautiful item and a great collectors piece. I haven't seen another one of these for sale anywhere. It originally came from someone at the regional level who was no longer with the company and was selling the items they collected over the years. It's been sitting in my glass display case since I made the purchase several years ago. I will have this professionally packed by UPS to ensure a safe delivery.. not sure exactly how much that would cost, but from my shipping experience I'd estimate around $20-25 to pack and ship. I'll get the final quote for the winning bidder once I have your delivery address.
