I am willing to work with you to resolve the situation. I take pride in my reputation; I want happy buyers. I do not, however, accept returns for the following reasons, among others: buyerâe(tm)s remorse, the buyer didnâe(tm)t read the description stating the condition of the item, the buyer later purchased/won the same item at a lower price from another seller, the buyer doesnâe(tm)t understand that hand made items such as art pottery or glass will have natural flaws/glaze pinpops/bubbles/non uniform design, etc., which are expected and not a reason for return. I would like to have an open return policy, but because of a few unreasonable buyers, I am not able to do so. Again, if you receive an item and have a legitimate reason for return, please email me asap.
