Christmas In The City Sutton Place Brownstones. Item #59617 . Introduced in 1987 and retired in 1989. Beautiful piece. It appears to be mint in box with the sleeve showing the customary wear for one of this age. The sleeve, as I've shown, has a tear in it. This Sutton Place has pretty straight walls and only one railing of the 3 staircase in front being crooked. This is normal and not considered a flaw with Sutton Place. One of the things that makes this piece so valuable is the large number of oddities like that. Has the light also. Greenbook value is $665. I'm starting this auction and very low price, so bid and get your claim in early. Reserve is set at $200. This is the very best Sutton Place I've ever seen and I won't just give it away at a deep bargain price. I accept paypal and also money orders. Be sure to check my feedback (its perfect) and my other auctions. I have some very rare and hard to find Dept 56 pieces up this week. Shipping will be via UPS at a flat rate.
