5 inches high. No breaks or cracks or repairs anyw, in very nice condition. Silver and copper inlay on brass. Dates to circa 1930 from Israel. This vase is of the highest quality of damascene work - meaning hand inlaid silver and copper on brass. The vase is quite heavy. On the underside the hallmark translated from Hebrew reads "Alfred Salzmann Jerusalem Palestine Land of Israel". The silver and copper design goes all the way around the piece. I recall reading somew that Alfred Salzmann either taught or was a student at the Bezalel school, but I cannot remember exactly w I read that, otherwise I would show that information in a photo in this auction. It makes sense though, as the Bezalel pieces in damascene that I have sold previously were of the same high quality as this vase. Shipping including delivery confirmation is $8 to anyw in the USA (insurance is extra and up to the buyer), Paypal payment means immediate shipping. Check my feedback and buy with confidence.
