"WEW-AH! BASEBALL RETURNS RECEIVED BY INNING"This is a most incredible original photograph, circa 1907 depicting an historic scene in the City of Detriot as a family embarks in their automobile to likely see the Detriot Tigers play in one of their three consecutive American League Championships (1907, 1908 and 1909) being led by the legendary Ty Cobb and their famed player Manager Hughie Jennings. Jennings would famously yell while coaching third base while kicking up his left leg, "Eee-yahhhh!" or "Eee-ya!," or as can be seen in the window of this bar, café or covenience store behind where this big family parked and posed for the photograph; a large painted head of a Tiger with Jennings famous acronym, "Wee-ah!"The 8.75 X 5.5 inch original photograph is mounted on a 12 X 10 cardboard mount. Pictured in the many details shown in the photo is the likely family of 12 (thank goodness for running boards) in their circa 1907 car before this great store display window, that besides the obvious reference rooting the Detriot Tigers on also reports the availablility of Base-Ball Returns Received by Inning .
