This item dates to around 1927, it has the date of 1916 on the clip. This is the Parker brand of fountain pen called the True Blue, it is in the marbled blue and white color plastic. I really do not know enough about pens, but this one looks to be in fine condition, t are no cracks or damages. This does have the name Leora Keeton on the side. This measures 4-1/2" long and is 1/2" at the widest.
