This is an American Flyer product, circa 1941 or before. It goes with the crane. The crane moved scrap metal and this product was provided as the scrap. Don't know if anyone could use it, but it is original factory item. They are in a grey metal tray that I believe was also original. Selling lots of other products from this same company, same set. Hate to toss anything that someone might use so gave it a whirl.
