CIRCA 1940 BASEBALL AUTOGRAPH BOOK-OVER 100 NAMES All in a 5 3/4 x 4 1/4 inch SPIRAL No. 2380 `Autographs` notebook, including 5 Hall of Fame Inductees. In order of entry, circa 1940 Cleveland Indians Jimmie Dykes on one page, the next sheet with Joe Dobson, John Broaca, Mike Naymick, Roy Weatherly, Bruce Campbell, Ken Keltner and Ray Mack on one sheet, the back side of that sheet with Lou Boudreau (HOF), Oscar Grimes, Willis Hudlin, Mel Harder and Ben Chapman, the next sheet with manager Oscar Vitt. Next written sheet with members of the Philadelphia Athletics circa 1939, Bill Beckmann, Harry O`Neill, Dee Miles, Bob Joyce, Earle Brucker (*), Bob Johnson, Cotton Pippen, Dick Siebert and Eddie Collins all on one sheet, then Dario Lodigiani, Joe Gantenbein, Wally Moses, Chubby Dean, Wayne Ambler, Eric Tipton, Skeeter Newsome and Charlie Berry (1938?) on the next sheet. Then Cleveland Indian Rollie Hemsley on a single sheet, the back side of that sheet with circa 1940 Boston Red Sox Jim Tabor, Elden Auker, Joe Heving and Joe Vosmik, the next sheet with a personalized note by Moe Berg, then the back side of that with E.(merson) Dickman, Lefty Lefebvre, Lou Finney, Fritz Ostermueller, Gene Desautels, Ted Williams (HOF) and Tom Daly (Sox & Cubs teens & 1920s). Next sheet, bottom half cleanly torn away and still cleanly bound, with Indian Al Milnar to one side, back side with White Sox players Joe Kuhel and Clint Brown. The next sheet with circa 1940 Washington Senator signatures, including George Case, Ken Chase, Joe Krakauskas, Clyde Milan(*), Cecil Travis, Buddy Lewis and Joe Haynes. The back side of that sheet with E. McNair (`39 WhiteSox?) and Jack Hayes?. Next Sheet with Chicago White Sox circa 1940 John Rigney, Jack Knott, H. Ruel(*), Rip Radcliff, Buzy Berger, John Whitehead, Thornton Lee, Mike Kreevich and Bill Dietrich, then the back side of this sheet with St. Louis Browns Bus Mills, Don Heffner, Emil Bildilli and Joe Grace. The next page with more Browns, Bill Trotter, Harlond Clift, George McQuinn, illegible, Billy Sullivan, Sig Gryska, Fred Johnson, Mel Mazzera, Jim Walkup, Red (Glenn) McQuillen, Mel Almada and J(ulio) Bonetti all on one side, the back of that sheet with White Sox Ted Lyons (H-o-F) and Larry Rosenthal.
