I combine shipping You will receive a original circular letter by the "Reichs Minister and supreme Commander of the Luftwaffe", date in Berlin on 15th May 1942. The document has the letterhead by the Reich Minister, the rubber stamp "The Reich Minister of aviation", a receipt stamp print a signature by General field marshal Milch. Please note: I am almost sure, that the signature was not made by Milch, but eventually by his Adjutant.
