POLISHED COTTON DAY DRESS c1958 In original Madame Alexander box, tissue, with hanger. Spectacular, bright, polished cotton in factory perfect condition. No stains, no fading, no dust, no repairs, no repairs needed, never laundered, no odors. Gorgeous rose and green Monet-like floral print on snow white background. The sleeve elastic is snug and original. Low-waisted, ballerina torso, shaped with gem-centered brooch. Sash is deep rose satin ribbon. The bodice is fully lined with cream cotton and closes with square machine-applied snaps. The tag is crisp and the lettering distinct. The box base has issues at two corners and the original tissue is fragile, as seen in the first photo. The Alexander logo paper is yellow, a departure seen in Cissy's fourth year. Questions welcome.
