Very interesting Civil War documents for discharge of Charles A Loud, 32nd Mass, 3rd Mass, and 88th USCT, November 7, 1863. Signed by Lyman Sargent and Amos Henfield; included also is cert from AG Office in MASS signed by James Cunningham Adjutant General, dated April 12, 1864, four folds, minor bend UL corner, edge nicks at left, nice illustration at top, discharge is clean with two vertical and two horizontal folds. Nice combination.Charles A. LoudResidence Salem MA; a 21 year-old Spar Maker. Enlisted on 11/4/1861 as a Private. On 11/4/1861 he mustered into "C" Co. MA 32nd Infantry He was discharged for disability on 3/24/1862 at Boston, MA On 10/27/1862 he mustered into "F" Co. MA 3rd Cavalry He was discharged for promotion on 8/26/1863 On 8/26/1863 he was commissioned into "G" Co. US CT 88th Infantry He Resigned on 6/10/1864 Promotions: * 2nd Lieut 8/26/1863 (As of Co.
