Invoicing: We will send an invoice to the email address you have on file with ebay the morning after the auction. Please ensure that your correct email address is on file with ebay.

Shipping: Shipping costs are as noted below. Shipments are made within one business day of receipt of payment. We ship by U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail to U.S. addresses.

Shipments to countries other than the U.S. or Canada are by USPS air mail and are made at the risk of the buyer unless the buyer pays for Registered mail. See Insurance below for details.

Books and Catalogues are shipped by Media Mail in the U.S. or by Air Mail to other countries unless other arrangements are made. Foreign buyers please contact us about postage for books, we have the highest price quoted.

We will combine shipments when possible to save on shipping costs.

Payment: Acceptable payment methods include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. WE DO NOT USE PAYPAL. We have a secure form on our website for credit card payments.

Insurance: For shipments to U.S. and Canada addresses, insurance is required for all shipments valued at $100 or more. Cost is $2.75. Insurance is optional for shipments under $100, but the risk is upon the buyer. We use private insurance for most shipments.

For shipments to countries other than noted above, Registered mail is available at a minimum cost of $10.80 for $100 coverage in addition to postage and handling. Rates are higher for additional coverage. If Registered mail is declined and the package does not arrive, sole responsibility for the loss lies with the buyer, not Eric Jackson.

Sales Tax: Sales tax at the rate of 6% is required on the purchase price and shipping costs on all shipments to a Pennsylvania address unless a valid resale certificate is supplied to us.

Return Policy: Bid with confidence. All items are genuine and as described. In the event that we have made a error in the description, you may return the item within seven days of receipt for a refund provided that the item was paid for in full within seven days of the sale date. Refunds will not be made under any other circumstances unless prior arrangements were made. Postage and insurance are not refundable.
