This neat looking little mess pan for both cooking and eating is about 4 ¼ in diameter at its base flaring, in the typical fusion of the period, to a mouth diameter of 6 ¼. The body is of classic hand soldered, three piece tinned sheet iron construction with applied handle of the same material formed on heavy iron wire. All in nice solid condition with no holes or repairs but with good evidence of age and originality. We are including a period tinned iron spoon to round out an attractive personal mess display. please note: ALL ITEMS ARE CURRENT & AVAILABLE UNLESS MARKED SOLD!!.
