This is a original Musicians sword made Ames Chicopee Falls, and is inspected and dated 1862. This is the last one I have from the group that came from an Ashtabula Ohio GAR post. Like the others the sword is in very good condition; however, they must have had "sword fights" as t are many nicks along the edge of the blade. The sword displays well and does have the desirable 1862 date. Overall the sword is in very good condition and would make a great wall hanger. Sold with a low reserve. Sold with no reserve. Sold to USA and Canadian buyers only. Please contact me if you have any questions. Satisfaction guranteed. All questions will be answered except for the reserve price if any. Buyer pays shipping costs. I do not send second chance offers so if you get one it may be attempted fraud by a third party.
