GENUINE ANTIQUE CIVIL WAR SOLDIER LOT 1863 Four items in this lot., 1p letter dated Towanda, Oct. 1, 1863., [ the postal marking {CDS} the date can be clearly seen with the year. Camp grid cancellation. The soldier writes that he has enclosed some voting ballots to use or not to use...he says several of them are old friends. Nice lot to research., no defects.
